တစ္ႏွစ္တာ၀င္ေငြအရ Advertising ေလာကမွ အခ်မ္းသာဆံုး ပုဂၢိဳလ္ ၁၆ ဦးတြင္ WPP မွ Sir Martin Sorrell က ထိပ္ဆံုးမွ ဦးေဆာင္

ဒီႏွစ္အတြက္ ေၾကာ္ျငာေအဂ်င္စီလုပ္ငန္းနယ္ပယ္ထဲမွ Highest paid executive ၁၆ ေယာက္ကို Business Insider မွ ေရြးခ်ယ္ေဖာ္ျပထားတာကိုေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ တစ္ႏွစ္ကို ေဒၚလာ ၂ သန္းနဲ႔အထက္ရရွိတဲ့ လူေတြထဲက၊ ၿပီးေတာ့ Public Company ေတြထဲက၊ ေၾကာ္ျငာလုပ္ငန္းသီးသန္႔လုပ္တဲ့ ကုမၸဏီေတြထဲကေနပဲေရြးခ်ယ္ထားတဲ့လူေတြပါ။

ဒီစာရင္းထဲမွာ WPP က သံုးဦးပါ၀င္ၿပီး WPP CEO ျဖစ္သူ Sir Martin Sorrell က တစ္ႏွစ္စာ Compensation: $87.5 million (£70,416,000) ရရွိခဲ့ၿပီး နံပါတ္တစ္ေနရာမွာ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သူ႕ရဲ႕ ဒီ Pay deal နဲ႔ပတ္သက္လုိ႔ WPP ရဲ႕ ရွယ္ယာ၀င္ ၃၃.၄၅ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းေလာက္က ႏွစ္ပတ္လည္အစည္းအေ၀းမွာ ကန္႔ကြက္ခဲ့ၾကတယ္လုိ႔သိရပါတယ္။ 
Sorrell ရဲ႕ ၀င္ေငြ ၉၀ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းက သူ႕ရဲ႕ စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္ေၾကာင့္ရရွိတာျဖစ္ၿပီး ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္တစ္ႏွစ္စာ၀င္ေငြထဲမွာ ေဒၚလာ ၉၀.၉ သန္း Share awards ပါ၀င္သလုိ annual bonus ေဒၚလာ ၆.၆ သန္းလည္း ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။

Dentsu Holdings USA ရဲ႕ President နဲ႔ CEO ၊ Dentsu Aegis network ရဲ႕ executive chairman လည္းျဖစ္သူ Timothy Andree ကေတာ့ 
Compensation: $4.4 million (¥497 million) ရသူအျဖစ္ ဒီစာရင္းထဲမွာ နံပါတ္ ၈ ေ နရာကေနလုိက္ပါတယ္။ 
Andree ဟာ ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္မွာ Dentsu ရဲ႕ ပထမဆံုး ဂ်ပန္ႏုိင္ငံသားမဟုတ္တဲ့ Board Director တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္လာခဲ့ၿပီး အဲဒီႏွစ္မွာပဲ အေမရိကန္အေျခစိုက္ Aegis Group ကို ၀ယ္ယူႏုိင္ေအာင္ ကူညီေပးခဲ့သူတစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သူ႕ရဲ႕ ဒီႏွစ္အတြက္ compensation ထဲမွာ bonus ယန္း 237 သန္း နဲ႔ ပင္စင္ေငြ ယန္း ၇၃ သန္းပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ သူ႕ရဲ႕ စုစုေပါင္း ရရွိ၀င္ေငြဟာ Dentsu CEO Tadashi Ishii ရဲ႕ ယန္း ၁၄၈ သန္းထက္ အမ်ားႀကီးမ်ားပါတယ္။

Havas Media Group ရဲ႕ Deputy CEO Alfonso Rodés Vilà ကေတာ့ Compensation: $2,277,474 ရရွိၿပီး စာရင္းထဲက နံပါတ္ ၁၆ ေနရာမွာ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ Rodés Vilà's ဒီႏွစ္၀င္ေငြက တစ္ႏွစ္ထက္တစ္ႏွစ္ ၁၉ ရာခုိင္ႏႈႏ္းေလာက္ ေလ်ာ ့က်လာတာကိုေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ Havas CEO Yannick Bolloré ရဲ႕ ၀င္ေငြ $1.2 million ထက္ေတာ့ ႏွစ္ဆေလာက္မ်ားေနဆဲပါပဲ။
